We are willing to call off the invasion of Azerzia only if you allow the North American Republics' government to set up and control a factory within a major Azerzian city. The people who work here will be automatically given Naran citizenship alongside Azerzian citizenship and will be given a vote in Naran elections. Seeing as our navy is already within your territorial waters, it would be wise to accept. We can promise that we will not submit those workers to anti-Azerzian propaganda, but we cannot control what they wish to think. I personally think that these are agreeable terms and our citizens showed that they would approve ending the conflict with Azerzia under these terms. They still, however, wish the continued invasion of Logres and Avaerilon. We are also willing to accept white peace with the states we consider to be friendly: Newhalla, Luxembourg-Belgium, and Comanici. We await your governments' decision.

The Joint Greater Azerzian Navy has been monitoring yours. We are announcing that the first shots by Azerzian vessels are underway. Azerzian jet fighters off of aircraft carriers and running interference as submarines, missile cruisers and long range bombers from Stegaln pummel your fleet. Initial reports show effectiveness. Stealth bombers are also using long range guided missiles to hit points along the NARan coast, including minor military installations near the capital.

You are again advised that the Azerzian people will not accept outside inteference in its politics. If necessary, the Confederate Kingdom government will withdraw to the Irnlands and wage war from there.

My department noted your comments about ourselves. Let me prove to you why your cause is unfounded and ridiculous with words.

Why should you wish to force a sovereign nation to end its mutually beneficial economic and political relationship, as well as a thousand year-old cultural tie? I fail to understand your logic here, since there is no case for you to suggest we in any way act as a controlling body over the state of Logres.

I also fail to see how you can claim we suppress our own population. We are a democratic state that prides itself on being ruled by the people, for the people. Our political freedoms are somewhat higher than your own, according to WA figures. in what way does our government "suppress" our own people? Judging by how you lock-up political dissidents, I fail to see why you should be the one condemning.

We want to see major reforms granted within Avaerilon giving workers control over production in their council district, as we have here. No educated populace would be willing to give up their labour for a fraction of the value of their labour!

If the people of Avaerilon wish for major economic reform, that will wither be noted in a change in voting habits, or by way of a petition. So far, no petition with the required 100,000 signatures on the matter of undergoing complete socialisation has arrived at any government office. Furthermore, many companies have at least 50% of their shares controlled by employees. Our well-educated populace, according to an independent, WA survey, lists 89% being "satisfied" with their level of income per amount of work.

The only thing that stands in our way are the capitalist strongholds of Avaerilon, but even then there are organizations that support our vision! Is that not the sign of the coming revolution in Avaerilon itself?

We are not the only nation to oppose you, and we are hardly a "capitalist stronghold." As to the matter of the SnS, they are but a violent minority of bigots and opportunists. If you call around 350-500 balaclava-wearing Dunaemarish criminals a "sign of the coming revolution," then I fear for your questionable mental health.

The Azerzian military reports damage done to both sides in the conflict in the Tenian Sea. The Azerzians report the loss of a destroyer, but that the crippled NARan battleship had to be scuttled and the cruiser was hit by a well-timed and -placed shot by an Azerzian cruiser has caused it to capsize. Azerzian bombers are being called back from their runs in NAR and are now hitting the NARan fleet from behind on their return trips home.

Our destroyers have readied their anti-air capabilities in order to counter the Azerzian bombers. We are also reassigning our fighters to take down the Azerzian bombers. We report no damages to any other ships at this point. We were able to successfully scavenge material from the battleship before scuttling it. There has been a rising number of mothers that have been complaining about not being in contact with there child/children since being sent to Azerzia. We are not merely attacking Logres, Avaerilon, and Azerzia willy nilly. Our people want to liberate the people who have been subjected to years of state propaganda from their chains. They must realize the immense tragedy that has befallen them. Their liberal governments must fall to the control of the workers throughout their lands. We want to promote more democracy and more prosperity for the common worker. Look at our history and you can see how the socialist experience has molded us. Our economy rebounds as if nothing every happened, our political freedoms are much higher than either Azerzia's or Logres' and our civil rights are higher than Avaerilon's! Our model is clearly superior to any of theirs and we need to spread our revolution farther. If it is at the end of the barrel instead of the tip of the pen, so be it.

We have pulled back from Azerzian waters and our ships are headed back towards Dawchins Island for refueling and resupplying. We call for peace between Azerzia, Franco-Lowlands, and ourselves. I only now ask that the workers of Azerzia be given the opportunity to access low interest loans to create worker cooperatives and we would be willing to fund it. It is the least we can do after causing them more trouble than necessary. We would be willing to fund a similar initiative in Franco-Lowlands should there not be a similar program. Recent polling has shown that such a proposal with Azerzia is viewed favorably enough amongst our people for us to propose it; Franco-Lowlands has always been considered to be a worthy friend. We hope that you consider our proposal as a step towards peace between us.

I believe that you have mistaken the intent of our message of peace. We offered peace on the condition that we fund workers' cooperatives in Azerzia in an effort to spread democracy to the workplace. That being said, we have set many naval mines at various depths and points near your harbours. Accept peace and we will tell you of the locations of the mines. Our navy has refueled and restocked and is prepared for any offensive that you could launch against us. We have been placing moored naval mines around Dawchins Island, working our way from the south to the north. We are now completely protected from the south and we will soon be protected from the north.

Trade has, for the most part, been cut off since the beginning of this conflict. Trade ships would not dare to advance into the waters near any combatant and risk being sunk. We stocked up on essentials before the war began; plenty of iron came from Avaerilon for example.

I must reiterate. We are looking for peace between Azerzia and ourselves and Franco-Lowlands and ourselves. Newhalla has already stated that they would accept no treaty that did not call for peace between us and all CAT members. We hope that you will be willing to work with us and sign an armistice between us. Perhaps in time this conflict between us will prove itself to be a pointless exercise in diplomacy and trust reestablished. In any case, we are still willing to fund workers' cooperatives in the aforementioned states.

We understood your offer. We reiterate there are no bans on workers doing this themselves. We will not accept funding from a foreign, hostile sovereign state for a policy we do not support.

Our Navy is better funded and more capable than yours. I think you overestimate your ability to mine our sealanes effectively and our ability to destroy those mines safely. Our forces will not engage yours and will simply be preventing supplies from reaching your islands. "Our Navy is better funded and more capable than yours." Bold words coming from you, prime minister. We shall see if that holds true if you decide to engage our navy in the open sea. "As self sufficient as you may be, are you truly willing to risk continual harassment and economic disarry from a blockade?" Nothing but more empty words coming from the Azerzian government. Continue overestimating your capacity to engage us and you will leave with a sore behind. Do you think we have not prepared for this engagement? Did the Leninist uprising not seem suspicious to you? They were able to walk right into the capital with the support of the military no less. How many foreign troops landed on Dawchin Island? None, if I recall correctly! Yes, the leaders of the numerous states of the Social Liberal Union went along with our little ploy. People's Commissar Bryan was the mastermind behind the plans, and has been instrumental in our advance towards communism since his acceptance of the role of people's commissar during the first successful revolution.

Our carefully crafted battle plan is now coming into fruition with our bombers, fighters, and carriers prepared for an exhaustive battle over Azerzia and the Naran Gulf while a large segment of our navy is patrolling regularly. Another segment of our navy has finally reached Pont de Roche and is beginning operations there. Most dear to you, however, is Operation Blackout. We'll let you find out what it is, but I would suggest stocking up on candles and matches in the meantime.

Your dependency on CAT will be your downfall. Because other members of CAT refuse to accept a white peace with our country, we have no choice but to threaten them with our ICEPMs. We still offer white peace, but only to Newhalla and Franco-Lowlands. Peace would have been assured between us, Azerzia, if you would have open up your economy to allow the North American Republics to invest in workers' cooperatives, but alas, you rejected our offer. Remember, you bring about the continuation of this war by refusing foreign investment in your country, a very conservative action, mind you.

Following through on their promise to end this petty war, the first motion to be put to vote was whether or not to put an end to hostilities with your nation.
