Please remember that this is a work in progress and the vast majority of features are yet to be added.
This is also a project largely by one person, with occasional helpful input from other members of the region.
As such, updates and features may take a while to make it onto the official version.

This bit will be needlessly complicated until another member of the regional administration persuades me to pare it back.
I may choose to ignore or refuse any requests, though I will contact you, if possible, to say why, and, where relevant, to offer alternatives that may work.

You can only apply to be in Unclaimed Territory or to have new land made for you.

All applications that infringe on existing claims shall be immediately rejected.
Rules
- You must be a Member State of the Social Liberal Union.
- You may not apply for a nation of size exceeding Ainland.
- Being loose with realism is fine, totally ignoring it is not, please only ask for features that may plausibly be found near to your preferred location.
- No more than two overseas territories at creation
- Cherry-picking of features by border design will not be allowed
- No infringing upon other nations.
- I may need to make some change, I will talk to you before I do.
- No Real World lands, shapes, etc. Make it up.

Same rules as above, may be a little more relaxed if you have been a member for a long time. Keep it interesting and have a backstory for it.

- You will not control this NPC, it may not do what you thought.
- Others may use the NPC for their own stories.
- NAR, myself, or future members of Domestic Affairs staff may edit the NPC to make for more interesting roleplay.
- These requests will be treated as lower priority than applications.
