You're quite welcome! Your own map was very good and made crafting your spot so much easier :)

Hi, can I have the Principality of the Jasminia Islands in the sea between Avaerilon, Logres and Oceanic Atolls. For the shape and the cities, here is a little map I made (Port Louis is the capital): www.nationstates.net/nation=the_jasminia_islands/detail=factbook/id=259894There are no metropolises. On the area called Jasmine on my map there is a meander-y river from the centre to the south-west where the mouth is. The river valley has small rolling hills. The big, round area to the west of Feathershore is mountainous except for around Florin where there is a bowl-shaped valley. Everywhere has Mediterranean foliage except for the south of Drake which is tropical. I think that's everything, thanks!

Great work as always, but I couldn't help noticing that my puppet (application on previous page) is missing from the last update. Is this intentional?

Hey Ava! I'd like plot 27, please. The capital (a metropolis) is just under 27, a major city is on the coast of the peninsula northwest of the 2 in 27, and there's a major city on the coastal border with Vernima. There's a river from the Verniman border to plot 29, and a mountain range running along the Verniman border. There's also deciduous and coniferous woodland in the south. Thanks!

Remember: the best way to cement your place in the region is to apply for a map spot today! Why not show-off your lovely geography?

Well if you have spare time to do it Ava, I wouldn't mind if you updated my island chain to show all of my nations? I don't mind if you don't want to though.

To the Royal Cartographer, The Magnificent Kingdom of Avaerilon,
Greetings Friend!
As Minister of Foreign Affairs for The Commonwealth of Aertaseren, it is my great honor to formally request a location on the beautiful map of the region of the Social Liberal Union.
We wish to humbly request the area numbered 7.
The attached map may be used as a guideline to assist you in your efforts. Particularly, please feel free to change anything that does not fit in well with neighbors (including future neighbors), with your overall plans, or simply does not look "correct". Thank you for your fine efforts on behalf of the Social Liberal Union, and, for honoring this small request. The Commonwealth is hopeful that a long and mutually beneficial association with the SLU is now beginning.
Your humble servant, Minister of Foreign Affairs, The Commonwealth of Aertaseren.
PS: I have just discovered the thread regarding scale. As I do not have an outline of Great Britain at hand, I trust it will suffice if I say that Aertaseren is roughly the area of France. MFA

Where in the region you'd like your nation to be located: Plot 4, if that's available, Where your capital city is: On the southern coast of the nation, preferably near a bay. Where, if you like, your major cities (up to 7) are located: Add a few cities on the southern coast, and one or two cities in the middle of the nation.(away from the coast.) If you have a metropolis area (those large red areas with the black squares and/or circles within)- a metropolis is not a metropolitan area like a conurbation or greater city, but a gigantic city larger than any that currently exist IRL. One metro area where the capital is, nothing too large. If you have any rivers, and if so, where they are: One River that extends from the capital to the north of the nation, and another river that cuts through the middle of the nation. If you have any mountains, and if so, where they are: A medium sized mountain range in the north of the nation.
If you have any woodland or forest, and if so, where that is: Tropical woodlands throughout much of the nation, with the exception of the mountains would be great. Add coniferous forest to the mountains.
The following types of woodland or forest are shown on the map: Deciduous (trees that lose their leaves in winter- e.g. oak, sycamore, birch) Coniferous (trees that stay green throughout- e.g. pines) Tropical (trees that are comparable to those found in places such as the Amazon) Mediterranean (foliage, including scrub and herbs, that would be found along Southern Europe)
Thank you so much!

To the Royal Cartographer, The Magnificent Kingdom of Avaerilon,
Greetings Friend!
As Ambassador to the Social Liberal Union for The Commonwealth of Aertaseren, it is my great honor to convey our pleasure with your recent effort on our behalf. Upon review by our expert cartographers, your map has been found to be superbly accurate!
Thank you.
Your humble servant,
PS: I know it must be my fault :-) but this board is insisting on making my graphics uniformly tiny. And unreadable. What is the secret?

I would like to ask for plot 54 The red dot between the two small river is is the capital of Gorthia. while the larger, darker color of red on the coast would be a metropolis like city. The black dots are major cities. The thin blue lines are rivers. The lighter green would be the Deciduous trees and the slighty darker green would be the Coniferous trees The river that was there still exists but i had to cover it. And as for the brown messed up lines to the northen most border would be the mountian range. Sorry for the small pics. I used my phone.

I would like plot #18 and #19 if it's possible. As for the map, I personally would create if you do not mind.

I'm not sure I understand the last part of your request; are you saying you're all right with my choosing what does on it, or are you saying something else?

I say that if you give me permission to occupy two lots, I will create my map , without asking you anything. I will create a map of my state, and then I give it to you, so you can incorporate it with the main map

I always draw the map myself, but I'm happy to base your plot on an image you send me, sure. Yeah, 18 and 19 are both pretty small; you can get them combined.

Hi Avaerilon. Here is the image. Unfortunately I have to ask you to adjust it better, I thought it was easier to use paint, but I have to change my mind. To be clear, that brownish vertical line is a mountain range, and the dots on the river are river cities. I also added a small group of islands at the top to the main one, I hope it is not a problem.
