From: People's Commissar Bryan To: Iago Penderyn, Minister of Foreign Affairs The people of the Council Republic of North American Republics have suffered under the yoke of reduced economic prosperity for too long. We have come before you to ask for twenty tons of iron ore and ten tons of coal to be shipped to the North American Republics over the course of three months at a price of 1,000,000 NBL. We believe that these terms are more than agreeable, however we are willing to reconsider our offer. Signed,

Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sender: Iago Penderyn, Minister of Foreign Affairs Recipient: People's Commissar Bryan Dear People's Commissar, Avaerilon stands ready to assist you in your request. The Minister of Energy and Minister of Trade inform me that your offer is most acceptable, considering the circumstances, and that the requested amounts of coal and iron will be sent as per your request. They are currently being loaded onto vessels, which will sail swiftly to your nation, and arrive within five days. We are grateful, as well, for the work that will be generated. Some 120 news jobs in mining coal will be created, and 75 in mining iron. The secretarial jobs created are also numerous. The applicants for these positions are all incredibly grateful to your government, as well as mine. If you require any further amounts of iron or coal, or any other resources, please do not hesitate to contact me. Best regards, Iago Penderyn, Minister of Foreign Affairs

From: People's Commissar Bryan To: Iago Penderyn, Minister of Foreign Affairs We are grateful for your government's acceptance of our trade offer. The jobs that this will help to create in the much neglected manufacturing sector will be doubly beneficial. North American Republican vehicle exports will rise and construction projects that were put on hold will be restarted thanks to this trade. May the future hold more trading opportunities. Signed,

From: People's Commissar Bryan To: Iago Penderyn, Minister of Foreign Affairs It appears as if there was a typo within our initial letter, or rather, an omission. Where we asked for twenty tons of iron ore and ten tons of coal, we had meant twenty thousand and ten thousand, respectively, for the same amount of money. We are wondering if the trade deal could be re-worked to fit what we had originally meant. If it cannot be altered to meet our expectations, this deal will have to be canceled. Signed,
