Okey dokey, so I've put some people in positions in Defence, and would like to hear input on other possible jobs, and also if anyone wants to join.

So, I thought it would be a good idea to have someone scanning the new nations as a sort of backup in case problems aren't noticed by Immigration, and also to familiarise themselves with common flags, symbols and mottos of raiders. Then, if a nation suddenly changed their flag/motto, or exhibited strange movements, he would be there to catch it.

AIMS: To streamline the process of judicial enquiries, by reducing the amount of time required or permitted for the process to take, to thus render them more effective in their objective(s).
Section 1: The establishing of a judicial committee to investigate nations in-violation of the constitution
1.1. The committee will comprise 5 member nations
1.1.1. The Minister of Defence and the Deputy Minister of Defence
1.1.2. 3 member-states to be appointed by the Cabinet, in-conjunction with the discern of the Minister of Defence
1.1.3. These members will remain part of the committee until the end of the next election for a Regional Delegate
1.1.4. The Delegate cannot be appointed to the committee
1.2. The committee will meet in a designated, password-protected area of the forum, under the sub-board of the Ministry of Defence
1.3. The Minister of Defence or the Deputy Minister of Defence will create and distribute the password to the appropriate nations
Day 0 Report to the Delegate/Minister of Defence of any type of infringement (Constitutional, legal, procedural, etc). If to Delegate, report is forwarded to the MoD.
Day 1 TGs sent to permanent members of the committee informant them of the impending investigation.
In the chamber, a poll thread is created with the first post recording the charges and evidence presented. The poll should ask
Day 2 End of day marks the closing of the poll (48 hours).
Day 3 If moves onto prosecution, thread is created in the Judicial Chamber entitled (nation name) Prosecution. First post should read:

A post is made on the RMB:
Day 4 If no message from the state, Deputy Minister of Defence acts as devil’s advocate. Questions from member states may begin, of both the administration and the state/devil’s advocate.
Day 6
End of discussion, beginning of voting on the charges.
Day 7,8,9, or 10 (Depending on length of vote)
End of voting. If convicted, WA Delegate/Minister of Defence (depending on which article of the Constitution is involved) picks from list of punishments on the advice of the committee.
