Today on the cold world in the Nargish Galactic Territory called Grath Tratkoth has been engulfed in three major problems today. A massive uprising killing two million of the populous by a group of radicals hailing from the worlds deceased ownership, Surlaw. The main population of the world is a humanoid species towering even over Narglandians at seventeen feet tall called the Branos. These species are mainly happy with Nargish government control. The Branos Delegate to the SLU, Mr. Karkanne Dannatelloniim is pleading for help. Lucky for SLU troops, the Enemy is mainly human. The Supreme Emperor hadsent the new fleet of SuperDestroyers to the System to fight off the rebels. Any support would be greatly thanked.

Just to reiterate and elaborate on what Avaerilon stated; this sort of story belongs in the Newsroom. People do read the Newsroom section and other people can coordinate help through stories of their own, that way we don't have crises clogging up the main area and everything is sorted properly. If you look through some of the earlier roleplay, you can see how Michutopia and I used the Newsroom to advance stories/aid/etc.
