As Cemaes stated in his telegram today, we should now aim for 300 members. Unless there'll be a disproportionally large number of CTE (cease to exist) nations, it should be perfectly possible to reach that goal within two weeks from now.
We should be able to easily reach a membership level of 350 member nations before the official end of Azerzia's first term, which is over two months from now. 350 is on the safe side, if we press on we might be able to get to 400. Personally I prefer 400 ;D

I remember when I thought of A Liberal Haven as being a big region, then the DSA, then the Royal Alliance. Now we've surpassed all of them. North Africa, we're coming for you as the largest socialist region!

LOL, because of the enormous growth of the Puppet Theater (from 20 members to over 300 in the space of four days (!)) we're the 30th largest region again.
I'm not entirely sure but back when I joined, I think the SLU had about 80-90 members?

Yeah me too Grolsch - membership of the SLU was between 80-90 when I joined.
Yes, a new puppet region has overtaken us overnight but these things are beyond our control. We are nevertheless closing in on those ahead of us and breaking past the 300 barrier will see us close in on the Top 25 and yes as Norstate rightly says, North Africa...we're coming to get ya!! ;)

Forget the 300 nations before the 19th thing. We are not going to make that, way too many CTEs. Also it seems the puppet regions make it more difficult for us to spot the nations who are genuine. I really hope the nations behind the puppet regions stop creating more puppets soon lol

Yes we've ejected a few fair but for good reason. There's no point having a high membership if many of those members are not abiding by our constitution.
We are now however in a strong position of having record high numbers of nations in our region and record low numbers of those who are not member states.
Still, we can't rest on our laurels - we have much work to do! Let's keep on recuiting and let's not create more puppet nations - we don't need them!!

Agreed. I only have one puppet in the SLU, which is nearing the end of it's life. My other active puppet is in the DSAssembly.

There's a good chance we'll become the 21nd-largest this week. We'll probably stay in that position for some time, as the 20th-largest nation has 405 members. Of course, I'd like to beat that nation, especially as the nation with the aforementioned position is The Kingdom of Denmark, lol.

It's all do-able!
But let's get to these even headier heights without resorting to creating more puppet nations! We've got an excellent and keen recruitment committee who are delivering new members to the region so let's keep it going!
We've nearly broken the 350 mark so 400 is not such an outlandish target as it may have once seemed.

My Excel model has always said - since the very start of this Administration - that 350 would be reasonable and 400 would be a possibility (40% chance).
