The Federal Republic of Cemaes have formally sworn in Marcus Colius for his first term as the President of the Federal Republic.
From the Presidential Palace in Loveston, he announced:
"I am truly honoured to have been elected as President of our wonderful new nation. I will give my everything in leading our socially liberal, democratic and fair nation to the best of my ability.
"Long Live Cemaes!"

Cemaes Celebrates Shock Puffins Super Bowl Victory!
A day of celebrating has broken out in the The Federal Republic of Cemaes today after the shock triumph of their American Football team, the Cemaes Puffins, in the innaugural SLU American Football Super Bowl final against the Michutopia Lions.
After a poor regular season, the Puffins shocked the favourites, the Azerzia Snakes in the play-off semi-finals before seeing off the Lions to send the communities of Cemaes into rapturous delight.
From the Presidential Palace in Loveston, President Marcus Colius announced his pride in the heroic efforts of each member of the winning Puffins team:
"I am absolutely delighted that our magnificent Puffins have won the SLU's innaugural Super Bowl final! Each and every team player showed grit, determination and resiliance to fight back from a poor start to the season to win in such an exciting fashion when it really mattered.
"We as a nation have already shown the world that we are a country of pioneers and we are now demonstrating that on the sporting field! The exploits of the Puffins' sister-team in the SLU's Ice Hockey League proves testament to that and we darely hope that they can bring back home to our capital city here in Loveston, the Stanley Cup just as our American Footballing boys have done with such pride and honour in the Super Bowl!
"I now look forward to welcoming our conquering sporting heroes back through the streets of Loveston and all of our provincial capitals when they show their spoils of sporting war in a series of parades that my Presidential Office has organised on behalf of the people of Cemaes!
