My fellow Member States,
I am seeking re-election to a second and final term as Speaker of the Union. Since February last year, and then under the speakerships of Odd Republic and eventually my own, I launched and continue to maintain and develop the wiki-type website known as the Library of Parliament (LoP). It is now home to over 260 pages of legislation and regional history, and is ever growing due to both original contributions and the transfer of historical information from the RMB and forum by voluntary editors! Each Member State who's ever held a government position, is automatically created a page with their service information, flag, and personal info. Any Member State is free to create or add RP stats and history to their own page. The LoP is also a great place to draft proposed laws at your own pace, with resources and information available to help you with the wikicode or SLU legal requirements.
Now, this past term, and before, I prioritized reform of the justice system, which culminated in the passage of the Offences and Sentencing Act in May 2017, the Legal Fundamentals Act in December 2017, and the Third Amendment to the Constitution. If I am so fortunate as to earn your vote and be re-elected to another term, I pledge to do the following:

- Complete and help the Voting Reform and Fair Political Practices Act get passed in Parliament, which gives clear instructions on how Election Administrators should conduct SLU elections and legislative votes in the Open Parliament, and helps ensure no dirty or unethical campaigning or election spam happens in the SLU.
- Complete the Law Commission and Library Act to replace the current Parliamentary Library Act, which in my opinion, needs a lot of attention as many of its provisions are poorly-written and open to abuse.
- Finish the historical pages about past Speaker and Delegate elections on the Library of Parliament.
- Continue to improve the Library of Parliament website, especially when it comes to creating easy-to-read user guides.
- Help any Member State author legislation if they need assistance.
- Continue to collaborate with the executive branch to ensure the security and smooth running of the region.
- Continue to protect the rights and privileges of all lawful Members of the Open Parliament!
