OOC: You do not have to reply to my RMB post to participate here, you may join in immediately in this thread. --- The government of Kyratistani has invited government officials from all SLU nations, excluding the Paguio Empire, to arrive in Banapur and discuss what is ongoing inside of the Paguio Empire. On 12/11/2017, the current Emperor Jimin's uncle released a public memo saying that he had murdered Jimin's sister, Princess Azula, and had physically abused Emperor Jimin to usurp him of his power. Some nations, such as Austerain, believe that the usurper may be planning to institute democratic reforms, but we believe this to be doubtful, and even if he will institute such reforms, the Emperor must be rescued from imprisonment and abuse.
Kyratistani does not support monarchies, but we cannot agree with a head of state who used such egregious means to achieve power. Emperor Jimin is still only 16, and Princess Azule was outright murdered. A solution must be reached.
Currently, government officials ans.or diplomats are arriving in Banapur, Kyratistani, where this meeting of discussion will be held. Dublinium, Auze, East Fredonia, North Isseggggnignigsegigisegggg Islands and Harndon have all agreed to arrive.
We will not hold talks until we discover what the usurper's true intentions are.

East Fredonian President Harriet Carlisle is currently in transit to Banapur. Defense Secretary John Matthews is also attending, as this has the potential to destabilize the region and possibly require military intervention.

Hirematian Premier Minister Vijaranam Mechhai plans to attend these meetings. Hirematia doubts that Seokjin has any plans to institute democratic reforms, and while we oppose monarchy of any kind, we acknowledge that constitutional monarchy is better than despotism, and we will fight to protect the liberties of the Paguioan people.
