Library Council,
In the run-up to the implementation of the Parliamentary Library Act, the agenda of this Council is as following:
-Full documentation of records of all laws (currently, only outdated acts and act amendments are missing) -Creating a system of judicial notation of records: I am thinking we could have a label to be applied to all judicially noted laws (Ana, you could design this) that looks like a red stamp and sports the appropriate language and the LoP logo -Getting historical records (events, delegacies, etc.) updated and manufactured for the public to see -Creating a page with an introductory how-to on LoP coding, and creating a general welcome page for the SLU -Updating Category pages to include information on what they concern -Selecting regional members to make Librarians

Mr. Speaker and fellow Librarians, First of all, I'd like to say how happy I am with the overall progress of the LoP so far, it's quite a fun project that should keep a lot of nations busy and provide them with a way of contributing to the region for a quite a while, I'd imagine. Plus it's a great way to carry out core mission of the former Bureau of Regional History Act which was written by an old friend of mine, United Democracy of Scientists, whose noble vision never really came to fruition. Hopefully the LoP will make him proud, should he ever return from inactivity. Now to the agenda items: -Creating a system of judicial notation of records: I am thinking we could have a label to be applied to all judicially noted laws (Ana, you could design this) that looks like a red stamp and sports the appropriate language and the LoP logo Great idea! Here's a demonstration using the language used in the Parliamentary Library Act: parliament.slugov.com/index.php?title=Regional_Honours_and_Awards_Act-Creating a page with an introductory how-to on LoP coding, and creating a general welcome page for the SLU That's high on my list to do, especially the coding guide -Updating Category pages to include information on what they concern Yeah, that would be useful!

I'm going to have to remove it, though, until the Council votes on the Act's authenticity.

As to "Selecting regional members to make Librarians ", I think that a broad range of nations should be welcomed to become a contributor. Even sparse contributions from librarians like me will accumulate into a comprehensive database, if there are a lot of contributors. As to "Creating a system of judicial notation of records", I think that as long as members peruse the Parliamentary Library Act, no rigid enforcement is needed. However, the formal structure should be kept, and this proposal is well-conceived. Anaaxes and Odd Republic, I strongly commend you for this wonderful idea and its swift implementation.
