Statement regarding Executive Order of July 7th 2016

Dear Members of the Open Parliament and the wider SLU,
As stipulated in Article 4 of the aforementioned Executive Order issued by the Cabinet on July 7th 2016, I am pleased to be able to confirm that I am no longer "incapacitated" with regard to my position in the region as Delegate; as the cause of my absence is now fully at an end. I am therefore happy to resume all responsibilities as necessary going forward until such time as the next Delegate election is due, and wish to offer my thanks to all those involve in the upkeep and security of the region during my absence.
