May 2016 Minister Elections Nominations and Information

Nominations for the positions of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Domestic Affairs and Minister of Immigration opened at 04:45 UTC on May 15, 2016.

Please nominate yourself or another member state in this thread. Remember to specify which of the three positions you are running or nominating for. The winners of each of the three elections assume the respective positions as Minister, and the runners-up assume the positions of Deputy Minister. Information about the roles of the respective Ministers and Ministries can be found in the Governmental Reorganization Act (GRA).

Once you have confirmed your candidacy, please post a campaign thread in this sub-forum.

I will be standing for re-election, and will try to get my campaign thread up for tomorrow night  Saturday.

I would like to stand as Minister for Foreign Affairs.

Since we now have two candidates for Foreign Affairs, voting will begin shortly. We still need nominations for Domestic Affairs and Immigration, though!

Also, I will note that Bicameral Legislature informed me via telegram that they would like to nominate themselves. Since there is no clear statutory requirement about this, I will accept their nomination and add them to the list. (::)
