The Minister of Foreign Affairs was recently contacted by representatives of the Eurasian Socialist Union, proposing the opening of embassies. The Cabinet has decided to bring this matter to the Open Parliament, which is asked to vote on whether to establish embassies with Eurasian Socialist Union or not.
The region, while fairly new, does seem to fulfil all our embassy requirements, and otherwise too seems promising. Normandy and Picardy have composed the below report on the region:

The vote on the matter will last for one week.
