If you wish to declare war on some one because of a (super) serious reason such as them calling you a doodie head or taking to long too telegram you back, this is your chance to declare war on them!
This is not the place to release your actual anger at other nations.... Not even bronies...
If you actually kill people in other nations than you will be referred to as "meanie head" for ex: Meanie-Head Comanici. We won't actually do anything about it because we are a peaceful people. In other words, even if we wanted to do something, all we have are fish, samiches and bubble gum. So the worst we can do is make you lunch. An evil lunch filled with hate and lust... And (Enter Evil Here) salami. 8-)
The most important rule is to have fun! ;D
P.S One more rule. No cannibalism because it is frowned upon and if your nation is in the first world, it is most likely illegal in your country. :-/
