The name of my nation is somewhat unusual, and I'm having trouble deciding on a demonym for my residents, so your input is highly appreciated! :D

Before I vote, what is the language used by the majority of people in Anaaxes, and what linguistic branch does it belong to? (i.e. Germanic, Celtic, Hellenic)

How about Anaaxi? I'm a big fan of demonyms like Israeli and Pakistani, and I think the i suits Anaaxes quite well. It's shorter than the others, too.

I third the notion of Anaaxi, it sounds the best out of the choices.

The problem with that is, it implies the name of the country involved is "Anaax." The "-i" suffix with regards to nationalities would appear, in my mind, to apply to names which use the name of the country as the prefix.

How about Anaaxese in the same vein as Japanese and Vietnamese.

'Anaaxese' and 'Anaaxi' are both great suggestions, although I do agree with the points that Avaerilon raised.
So right now, I'm leaning a little more towards 'Anaaxese.' :D

I'm thinking Anaaxenian would work.

Anaaxese sounds like a pretty good suggestion.
