In response to several discussions on the regional message board, this is non-binding, five-day poll regarding whether or not we should accept the embassy request of Coffee House. While non-binding (and therefore allowing for a reduced time frame), the result of the vote will likely be interpreted as if it would be a binding vote. The poll will close Sunday (GMT). Please post your thoughts on Coffee House in this thread. It's not an easy issue, as there are both good and bad points to make. Feel free to discuss, but please do remember to keep it civil. ;)

I have a good feeling about them; they seem to want to develop a democracy, and don't have too many dictatorships.

*I assume that we're talking about anarchy as in "statelessness," not chaos.
