I take it that you're referring to the your competitor and the lack of a thread for him? If that's the case, it's because I did not receive a telegram/message of some sort asking for approval for private campaigning and a copy of a telegram to be sent. If that's not the case, this is just a misunderstanding and please ignore this post.
