Kanorian ambassadorial credit redemption.

This thread is set aside for any who wish to have a mutual exchange of ambassadorial staff with the Archipelago of Kanoria. By requesting embassy status, the other party agrees to a limited flow of citizens from one country to the other as part of a cultural exchange program.

Embassy status can be withdrawn at 12 hours notice by the people of Kanoria, and likewise by the other nation.

The people's Archipelago wishes it to be known that we eventually intend to have embassies with all countries within the SLU, however, at this time, we intend to limit the number to a small collection of trial nations.

Please note, as Kanoria is a non-violent country, please be aware that a maximum of six guards carrying lethal weapons will be allowed, in general terms however, as many as 30 additional, non-lethally armed guards can be allowed. This rule can be changed in emergency situations.

The Archipelago requests that each nation that wishes an embassy with us create a cultural exchange center outside a Kanorian city of their choice for education and integration. This center should also be able to provide emergency relief if needed by nearby colonies, islands, countries or citizens. 
 In addition to the Exchange center and the embassy, a diplomatic shrine within the city of Aes will be made available for any non-military usage. 

We also request that you send as ambassadors one envoy for each major government department. If you choose, you may designate one of these as the leader of the mission. This is due to each minister being elected separately in Kanoria, and thus, while departmental co-operation is encouraged, it is not always possible.

Dear Iago Penderyn, we thank you for the rapid, and enthusiastic response.

Due to some issues resulting from the great differences in beliefs between the ministers in charge of grið óðr (who are primarily responsible for the program), miǫtviðr óðr (who must be consoluted on all worldwide and environmental policy, and tún óðr who are responsible for all land usage, there is a delay whilst details are ironed out. The form should be published, and made available within the week, along with all relevant information.

We of course understand, we make no requirement on how many officials are sent, or in what capacity, we simply offer the option to interact in the same manner as we choose to.

We shall be honored to have your team in our borders, and extend an invitation to state dinner upon their earliest convenience when arriving.

All amenities of Nyr, Kas-to, and Aes will be made available to the team two days after they arrive, we apologize for this delay, it is due to a necessary security sweep as we have had threats made against your team by foreign extremists, rest assured though, that your team will be in no danger on Kanorian soil.

A building has been made available in Kas-to city center to serve as the school you requested, it is being renovated to allow for integration of all our latest teaching methods, as well as your own.

Your team will be granted access to our transport infrastructural tunnels upon their arrival, if they wish to travel, your own arrangements are welcome as well however.

We will of course supply a full stock of medications, local and international, any you wish to bring will unfortunately require inspection, but should be welcome after no more than two hours delay.

Finally, to the matter of the dragon and the oak tree, they are of course welcome, we just ask that you take all possible measures to avoid cross-pollination, and contaminations with any infections that may be prevalent in your kingdom that are not within our Archipelago. We hope you understand that a quarantining period of one month will be applied upon their arrival, though you may send them at any time. We are very sorry about this measure, and hope it does not sour relations. An arrangement may be possible if this is a problem.

With that, we graciously welcome your ambassadors to our country, and wish them a pleasant stay, as soon as they are settled, they are welcome to engage in local, as well ans national and international discussions.
