Question: Where did you make those document thingies? I like them :P
Also... How would you run the court if you were away?

I just use Keynote, on the Mac App Store for $20. As for the court, I suppose that a temporary Justice would be appointed as per the Constitution. Thanks for the question.

How would you provide for constitutional rights while making sure that offenders are punished?

Hi, thanks for the question :)
The main thing that I will do as Justice is ensure that every case gets the careful scrutiny it needs. I think that cooperation is especially important among the Court, because without that, there is absolutely no way that we are going to by able to provide that in a timely fashion. So, I will be very careful to guarantee that discourse among the members of the Court stays respectful, productive, and cooperative. As for punishments, extra care needs to be taken to make sure that a state never receives a punishment not fitting the crime. Again, this can only be done through civil collaboration with all members of the Court. so I will always advocate that through the term.

How will you deal with inactive violators?

Hi Avaerilon!
It can get pretty frustrating when a violator is too uncaring or inactive to even answer us or to improve. With that said, if an inactive violator is constantly breaking regional laws, we are going to eventually have to deal with them, even if they don't think it matters. An independent lawyer would be appointed to defend the state as per the Constitution, and hopefully that would solve the problem.
Cheers
