As Delegate, I'll follow the result of this vote in my work for the region, of course. We should support creating embassies with regions that do comply to our embassy creation guidelines. Therefore, you have my vote.

I'm a no. They're an embassy collector with more embassies than members. I can't believe that they will hold proper 2-way diplomatic relations with us as has been a problem with a number of our embassies over time.

However, some of those regions are UDLR-like: defence cooperatives and the like. Even with them discounted, I'd agree the number of embassies is not ideal for active relations with a region. We must keep in mind, though, that the Assembly has an embassy with them also. |

That comment about the Assembly is at the forefront of my considerations. They don't hold very many, so obviously they value the UPFS very much.

It bothers me that we have rejected other embassy requests due to the number of embassies they had.

In a very exciting vote, the embassy creation proposal was passed 6-5. Therefore, as Delegate, I'll act accordingly and request an embassy with them later on today.
