Hi everyone. I know I'm a brand new member and it would be very easy to blow off what I'm about to say but please, for the regions sake, don't. Also since I'm new to this region I don't know my way around the forums and don't seem to have access to the Ministry of Immigration section so I'm posting here.
It appears to me that this region recruits the old fashioned way. Refreshing the Nationstates page, waiting for new members to appear and tging them. This method is vastly inefficient and wastes much more time and manpower than is necessary.
I would like to show you the Nationstates Pipe tool. You may already know about this, but if you do I see no reason why you don't use it as it is completely legal and 1000 times more efficient than the current method.

When you click on the link what you'll see is a list of Nations made within about the last week that remain in one of the feeder regions (The West Pacific, The East Pacific, Balder, Lazarus, etc.)
This means you will not only have a complete list of nations made within these regions but the program automatically excludes all nations that have been moved to user created regions. In order to use this tool effectively all you really need is a couple of recruiters who send telegrams to these created nations. Since this tool is not time sensitive you will not need somebody checking to see if new nations are created every 20 minutes. Now all you need is somebody to leisurely check every maybe 6 or 12 hours and then telegram all the nations created within this time.
In order to use this tool type the name of the region you wish to recruit in inside the box after that. The proper way to do this is The_West_Pacific or The_South_Pacific etc. After typing in the name of the region you simply press run pipe and voila all of the nations made in the region magically appear. The first page will have about 25 nations listed, simply click on the bottom right hand corner Next button and another 25 nations will appear and so on.
I believe this tool will improve the recruiting operations you have here a lot. Please respond if you have any questions about the tool or anything else.
