After discussions within the ministry and in parliament, Avaerilon wishes to notify yourself and indeed the region that we support the formation of the United Liberal Defence Union (UDLU), and would very much like to be a member until such a time as it is deemed that the threat from the Leninist USCR is over.

Avaerilon is preparing to rid the CRNAR (since we do not recognise the coup-leaders as a legitimate government) of the threat, alongside NATO and the loyal members of the NAR government and armed forces who were able to escape the brutal takeover.

This will be a challenge; one we think would be best-directed by a coalition of nations working together, with the exiled government of NAR coordinating the efforts.

As you can see, as the situation in NAR grows worse, Avaerilon is preparing for our largest gathering of troops since the Laonameaan war, which ended in the 1980s.

A Hallan expeditionary force of the 3rd and 2nd fleet (consisting of 4 supper carriers (whit 100 planes each), 34 cruisers, 88 frigates and 35 corvettes), the 5th army (having 8 divisions whit 15,000 men each that will say 120 000 men, 3300 MBTs and 7000 other armored vehicles and 450 gunships and attack hovers).

The expeditionary force will arrive to Avaerlion in about 17.00 Hallan local time.

I would like to thank Newhalla for its readiness to fight the Leninist coup-leaders of the PFSL. However, I must request that you do not process with your current stratagem.

It would make far more sense for Newhallan forces to converge, upon the signal from the government-in-exile, from the south and east of the island, since Avaerilonian forces will be entering from a north-westerly direction. I believe the pincer tactic would force PSFL troops into the centre of NAR, from which it would be difficult for them to easily emerge from.

Furthermore, such a large number of troops and craft is highly unnecessary in this situation. Considering the terrain and population of NAR, a very small amount of troops and machinery would suffice much better. This will likely be a guerilla war, much like the Malay Insurgency.

Considering your large navy, might we suggest that, when the time is right, you utilise your ships to block the south-west sea to NAR? Considering the events in Grolsch, this might be ideal to prevent a transfer of arms or troops. Your ships could also shell any anti-aircraft devices the PFSL might have in store for us, considering the tactics Avaerilon wishes to employ.

The coup in Grolsch is a matter of concern for Newhalla. The Grolscian government is not fully overthrown and still have some sense of control over the country. If the invasion of NAR goes smoothly and the legitimate NARan government takes back the control over NARan island, we will still have Grolsch where the Leninist oppressor could regroup and rearm. I fear that Newhalla might be the next country for a Leninist coup. Whit support from Grolsch any coup might cause some serious damage to Newhalla. Kanabis isles is particularly exposed to Leninist propaganda. N-SIC is soon going to overdrive, trying to predict the next nation the Leninist might try to overthrow. But i think that bullets will not resolve this situation in the long term.

lets hope more nations join the ULDU, we cannot win this "war" by being passive that is very much clear.

After several long debates in the Parliamentary Palace, the Afenian government has come to a decision on what to do about, what some Afenians have dubbed, the "Leninist Uprising Crisis".

It has been decided that if a Leninist Coup could occur in the North American Republics, a nation that already had many workers rights, then a Leninist coup could occur in any other nation. That said, it is in Afen's best interest to help combat this problem before it becomes a threat to us.

The Elemental Tribes of Afen pledge their full support of the United Liberal defence Union to help combat the Leninist threat and the Rogue governments that support it.

Dearest Allies,

We must begin considering what our actions against the Leninists will be in the next few days. With the inclusion of Millyland and Franco-Lowlands to the ranks of the USCR, the total amount of people under Leninist rule has, if our estimate are accurate, been raised to over five billion. This is problematic to say the least.

If we are to launch a preemptive war them, we must select which country to attack first. Spreading out troops out too much could prove disastrous. We believe that NAR and Millyland are the better choices, as the latter shares a land boarder with one of our members and the former is, quite frankly, the root of the problem.

We are also in favour of a different plan. Perhaps we could attempt something similar to the Bay of Pigs and attempt to raise revolution in these countries through espionage and propaganda. This is a tactic we have used in the past against dictatorial regimes and are very fond of. If you get the population to hate their government, they are less resistant to foreign governments attempted to liberate them.

However, we leave this up to the other members of ULDU, as they are in more imminent danger than Afen.

Its a dark day for SLU my friends. as you may know 2 more nations has fallen for the socialist oppressors. And we still don't know the situation in Grolsch, but we must assume the worst.

As you may also know Avaerlion, Newhalla and the NARan government in exile plans to take back NAR island from the socialist oppressors. For the moment i don't know the details for the Avaerilonian plans.

But the Newhallan strategy to take back NAR is following.

NARan loyalist militia and Hallan special forces will 1-4 hours before the invasion sabotage key military installations and AA emplacements

Equum Third battalion will land and secure a beach head while the Hallan navy will bombard any AA and gun emplacements along the south coast. Hallan multi-role fighters will also provide air cover and fire support.

The Hallan main force lands on the secured beach head and advances to take the NARan capital of New New York. All under support from the navy and air force. The NARan militia in the New New York area will also make sporadic resistance (generally be a pain in the ass) to slow down any opposition.

When New New York is captured we will send in additional reinforcement trough the New New York port.

Heavy resistance is anticipated, our intel suggest there is far higher concentration of military forces in south of the island then in north where Avaerlion will land.

I have been debating with the Prime Minister, PE of Defence and PE of Foreign affairs about what our course of action should be. We have reached a decision.

Afen requests full military access to the land of the All-Saints Paradise in order to aid in its defence in the event of Leninist attack and/or to launch a Preemptive War against them. We feel that this our best course of action as our navy is weak compared to our Army and Air Force so we would be more suited to a land war in Millyland than an Amphibious assault in NAR.

However, should Goncar refuse our request, we will not force the issue. Instead we shall use the same soldiers to aid in the war against Leninist NAR.

Dear Allies,

Please find enclosed a map of the current state of North American Republics. On it, you will note red stars, which represent the main military bases of our enemies, the yellow stars which represent the bases NATO continues to hold, and a series of purple lines.

These lines principally represent the proposed flight path of 3 of our Vulcan bombers, which would drop Plasma-EMPs upon the targets.

I should explain that these are not conventional weapons designed to kill. In-fact, Avaerilon used these before in NAR to assist with the previous insurgency. The EMPs create a pulse of electro-magnetic energy which travels at a frequency that cannot harm humans or wildlife, though there is a loud noise and bright light. The pulse causes circuit-boards to short-circuit, thus rendering enemy aircraft and missiles useless, along with RADAR and various machinery.

These would eliminate some of the anti-aircraft fire we would be concerned about, since we plan to land troops by helicopter into NAR, and use guerilla tactics to defeat the weakened enemy.

The Vulcan flies fast and high enough to be almost undetectable, so they will have no warning, unless they heard the "howl" the engines can make. In any case, by the time they would hear that, they EMP would have activated, and their radios useless. The EMP does not generate radiation and is completely safe.

After using the EMPs, we plan to mop-up any significant activity by bombing the bases using the Victor and conventional weaponry.

This mission is, at present, a proposal. We would like to hear from the government-in-exile whether they would support such a venture.
