As Created by Section4 of the Dog Bird International Relations Treaty,SLUATO is here to Arbitrate Trade Disputes Involving at least one nation who signed the treaty.
4.To prevent any Trade Disputes with nations that have not signed this treaty, the SLUATO(Social Liberal Union Aggrement to Trade Organization)is formed. This board will Arbitrate Arguements between 2 or more nations that have signed the treaty when it involves trade, and will attempt to work out a Aggreement with non-signing nations who have disputes with siners when it comes to trade.
