Palartina is a Unitary Parliamentary Democracy/Elective Monarchy, and we have a mixed economy. We seek friendship, peace, and cooperation with all nations. We have secured offices and lecture rooms at the University of Palara for your teaching of Welsh, a language previously untaught in our Commonwealth.
