Now that I have your attention, let's discuss Executive Order 11490 or it's newer version, Executive Order 13603. I find them to be rather unsettling and authoritarian. Anyone else have any opinions about them?

Yeah, but the fact that "national emergency" means anything in the US is kind of scary. Centrally planned economies are also scary. I guess all that we can do is hope that nothing happens that constitutes a "national emergency." :P
