- All ambassadors must provide a report on important occurrences within their region by Friday of each week. This information will be compiled and summarized for a weekly report to the delegate on Saturday. If the ambassador has no information to send for that week, they should inform the Minister of this via telegram to ensure that all ambassadors remain active.

- We hope to have a different nation acting as ambassador in ever region.
- We will work to foster a very strong relationship with all regions we hold embassies with, so that we have close allies should assistance ever be necessary. This is especially important when dealing with our two closest allies, the DSAs.
