The Nation of Dog Bird Wishes to extend a International relations Treaty to nations of SLU.

1.Any Nation signing this treaty cannot make a Act of Hostlity against any other Nation on this treaty to prevent a War in the Region of SLU;

2.Nations that sign this Treaty may make Military action against a Nation that did not Sign the treaty.

3. In order to protect nations who sign this treaty,SLUWAO(Social Liberal Union War Alliance Organization) will be formed. Nations who sign this treaty must Contribute 4% of there Nations Military to SLUWAO. Each nation signing the treaty will serve as a Board Member of SLUWAO to determine when,How and where we attack Enemy Opposition.

4.To prevent any Trade Disputes with nations that have not signed this treaty, the SLUATO(Social Liberal Union Aggrement to Trade Organization)is formed. This board will Arbitrate Arguements between 2 or more nations that have signed the treaty when it involves trade, and will attempt to work out a Aggreement with non-signing nations who have disputes with siners when it comes to trade.

AMENDMENT:This treaty creates the SLUGAAO(Social Liberal Union General Arguement Arbitration Organization) is created to settle General Arguements involving at least 2 nations, with at least one being a Signer of the Treaty. It will settle a Arguement an any categorie.
