To those of you who are attending this meeting, please be advised that while debate is encouraged, do not attack the other delegate with personal remarks. I would like to call this meeting open and the first topic to be discussed is below.
Topic being discussed: form of government.(OOC: You may use a real-life form, or establish your own. If you establish your own, please describe it as well as possible. Thank you)

(OOC: This is an IC [In Character] thread regarding this.) This meeting is a meeting started by North American Republics and is meant for the discussion of various topics pertaining to a Union of Socialist countries, to put it in a basic terms. I hope that this answers your question.

The Far-Left Coalition of Franco-Lowlands (Leninist Party, Socialist Party, and Labor Party), which is the ruling party of Franco-Lowland's Senate and the current holder of the offices of Prime Minister and Premier, would like to join this meeting. Our nation's economic system is socialism, not communism, but we hope to unite with our Leninist brothers and sisters in a glorious alliance with the NAR.

We welcome our comrades from Franco-Lowlands with open arms. We believe that communism will be the end result of socialism, but we both aim for socialism and that is where we can meet together. Entering into an alliance with our comrades can only strengthen our positions in the region. The most recent attempt to abolish the USCR failed in a historic vote in the Workers' National Council and thus we can continue conversations.
Please remember that this will be a union and so each individual country shall be governed by a larger body, in theory. That is the purpose of this meeting. As a country of left communists, we believe in a rather libertarian take on government, but all ideas will be taken into consideration. If you are still willing to join this larger union, please submit your ideas for a form of government.
