Hi everyone, here are my 5 main goals I will put in place if I am elected as Minister of Foreign Affairs:
1. I will continue the current democratic process for embassy building, and will consult with the Delegate to see if embassy polls can be moved to NationStates proper or Discord in order to improve efficiency. I hope to increase our number of embassies to around 10-12, which is foreseeable as two new embassy partners (and most likely soon a third) with the SLU have been created during my term.
2. I will hope to foster more engagement with our embassy regions by engaging with them on NS proper in addition to on Discord. I will coordinate with domestic affairs and ambassadors to get them informed about regional polls and discussion topics as well as the inter-regional discord chat.
3. I will hold ambassadors more responsible in engaging with the embassy regions they are assigned to. They should post regularly on the RMB's of the embassy regions in order to become part of the embassy regions' communities and to inform embassy regions of SLU happenings.
4. I will suggest a change in policy regarding the trolling situation: we should make a coordinated effort to not discuss the situation so much, as trolls seek attention and will have a greater chance of ignoring us if we ignore them. We should also be more cautious in ejecting and banning nations, as there are some nations that I believe were banjected unfairly.
5. I will improve my personal activity on the Discord so I can become more productive in governing affairs and in the regional community.
