Hey guys,
Let's have a discussion about which Presidents should be considered the best, and why - and why some Presidents, even though remembered by everyone, should never (ever) be included on a list of good Presidents.
For non-Americans, this could serve as a history lesson. I would guess you aren't taught in school the names of any American Presidents, except the few who decided (for no good reason) to break away from their rightful European rulers :)
So, please, feel free to share your opinion. Also, in fairness to the scientific approach, it would not hurt if any claims would be accompanied by a reliable source.

I'll just say who my favorite Presidents are: George Washington, FDR, John F. Kennedy, LBJ, Eisenhower, Clinton, Obama. However, on the idea of if they belong in the top 10 of Presidents not all would go there Washington and FDR would and maybe Clinton and as much as I love Obama I'm not too sure if he would go in the top 10.

Great, but with a few big mistakes Franklin D. Roosevelt John F. Kennedy Barack Obama
Very good, but with big mistakes or values I disagree with Harry S. Truman Dwight D. Eisenhower Lyndon B. Johnson Bill Clinton
Good, but either had slightly backwards ideals or didn't do much Abraham Lincoln Chester A. Arthur Benjamin Harrison Theodore Roosevelt Jimmy Carter
Good for their times, but had ideals now seen as very backwards George Washington Thomas Jefferson Woodrow Wilson
Meh, either a mixed legacy or they did little John Adams James Madison James Monroe John Quincy Adams William Henry Harrison John Tyler Zachary Taylor Ulysses S. Grant James A. Garfield William McKinley William Howard Taft Calvin Coolidge Gerald Ford George H. W. Bush
Bad, but with a few redeeming qualities or didn't do very much Andrew Jackson Martin Van Buren James K. Polk Millard Fillmore Franklin Pierce James Buchanan Andrew Johnson Rutherford B. Hayes Warren G. Harding Herbert Hoover Richard Nixon Ronald Reagan George W. Bush Donald Trump

Freeland Newworldia, with all due respect, I don't think there are any redeeming qualities to Donald Trump.

Freeland Newworldia, with all due respect, I don't think there are any redeeming qualities to Donald Trump. Although I am strongly against him because many of his actions (especially regarding refugees and the environment), I have to disagree. He is in support of helping veterans, even though he most likely supports different methods of help than I. Although he is not a huge ally of LBG people, he has so far respected the Supreme Court's decision that helped them. His views on abortion are not completely out of whack with mine (even though I don't identify with the pro-life camp). Also, I agree with him that the mainstream media and party establishment on the left is not that good (although he is part of the establishment and mainstream media on the right that is worse). Finally, he is mostly in support of entrepreneuers and space exploration, which are common sense things to support.
