The Ministry of Domestic Affairs of the Social Liberal Union For those of you who may not know, The SLU Tribune is the Regional Newspaper of the Social Liberal Union. It is run by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs, and written by the Department of Communication, with the Secretary of Communication as its Chief Editor, and up to 5 Associate Editors. One article will be posted every Saturday, and the publication will be hosted on www.tribune.slugov.com.This thread will lay out the basic structure for an issue of The SLU Tribune, as well as the general workings of the Department of Communication in preparation for each issue. Required Sections- SLU News (RP or GP)
- Opinion/Editorial
- NS News (RP or GP)
- Real World News
- Letter to the Editor (not required but would be nice)
Procedure of the Department of Communication- Each Editor will be responsible for one article of his or her choice, to be published on an assigned date. Each Editor shall be responsible for no more than one article every two weeks.
- They shall submit their article to the Secretary of Communication at least 1 day in advance of their assigned publish date.
- The Secretary review the article, and either approve or edit it.
- On their assigned publish date, the Editor shall post their article on the Tribune website with the appropriate category tag.
