Emmental. A good Emmental has enough taste, and a nice texture.

I don't like the Beatles (I know, I know) :P Sorry! I guess I'd say Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club, mostly because it's so iconic and colourful.

Favourite piece of classical music?

That's a hard one. I'd probably have to say Also Sprach Zarathrustra by Richard Strauss. The prelude is butchered by common public overuse, but the rest of the 35 minutes or so full piece is absolutely beautiful. It's also an archetype of the Late Romantic period, which is by far my favorite period in classical music history, and a symbolic representation of one of Friedrich Nietzche's greatest works.
Favorite Star Wars Prequel? (or least bad, depending on your point of view.)

I guess III; it does tie-off the loose ends concerning Vader, though it all happens to quickly in my opinion. I do enjoy the space battle at the start, as well as the fight with Dooku, and the music is excellent, though the story is too long without enough good stuff happening in it.

Tottenham-Chelski. I support Tottenham and simply cannot stand Chelsea, even more so than Arsenal. The only downside is that the referee seems to rob Spurs of the victory every time.
