Anaaxes-Avaerilon Non-Aggression Treaty
Article I. Both signatories shall desist from any act of violence, any aggressive action, and any attack on each other, either individually or jointly with other parties.
Article II. Should one of the signatories become the object of belligerent action by a third party, the other signatory shall in no manner lend its support to this third party.
Article III. The governments of the two signatories shall maintain continual contact with one another for the purpose of consultation in order to exchange information on problems affecting their common interests.
Article IV. Should disputes or conflicts arise between the signatories over problems of one kind or another, both parties shall settle these disputes or conflicts exclusively through friendly diplomacy or, if necessary, through the establishment of arbitration commissions.
Article V. Neither signatory state shall engage in any act, such as live-fire training or positioning of soldiers or other military assets, in a manner which could be construed as aggressive, belligerent or threatening near-to the borders of territories of either signatory state, unless expressed permission is given beforehand by the appropriate authorities of the signatory state whose borders are near to the area where the other signatory state wishes or intends to conduct exercises.
Article VI. This treaty shall not be considered defunct or otherwise invalid should both signatory states join a wider mutual defense alliance with other nations, unless one or both parties agree so.
Article VII. This treaty shall remain in effect indefinitely, unless violated or repealed by either signatory.
Article VIII. The present treaty shall be ratified within the shortest possible time. The ratifications shall be exchanged in the Avaerilonian embassy in the capital city of Anaaxes, Serenno. The treaty shall enter into force as soon as it is signed by both sides.

Anaaxes-Avaerilon Visa-Waiver Treaty
Article I. Citizens of either signatories shall be able travel within each other's territory for tourism, business, or while in transit for up to ninety days without having to obtain a visa via the "Visa Waiver Program."
Article II. All travelers wishing to participate in the Visa Waiver Program must have a valid individual machine-readable and biometric passport.
Article III. All travelers wishing to participate in the Visa Waiver Program shall notify the government of the other signatory via a method to be determined by each signatory, preferably at least seventy-two hours in advance prior to arrival.
Article IV. All travelers wishing to participate in the Visa Waiver Program must be holding a valid return or onward ticket.
Article V. The government of either signatory shall retain the right to deny any travel access on the basis of health, national security, or other reasonable factors determined by law.
Article VI. This treaty in no way exempts travelers from either signatory state from the customs and excise duties of either state, nor from bringing-in goods and other items into either signatory state prohibited by the laws of both parties.

Anaaxes-Avaerilon Extradition Treaty
Article I. A person charged in either signatory with a crime, who shall flee from justice, and be found in the other signatory, shall on request of the executive and or judicial authority of the signatory from which he or she fled, be delivered to the signatory having jurisdiction of the crime.

- Failure to fulfill dual criminality can be invoked to refuse extradition.
- Political nature of the alleged crime can be invoked to refuse extradition.
- Possibility of certain forms of punishment such as capital punishment, life sentences, torture, and inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment can be invoked to refuse extradition.
- Jurisdiction over a crime can be invoked to refuse extradition.
