I vote this one as a definite yes.
Whereas Norden was newer, and like Anaaxes said, not as stable, Norlland is a region founded in June 2016, and is growing quickly, meaning it's a great embassy choice. Norrland also promotes democracy and other liberal values, like our six other embassy regions.

I can tentatively support this. I just had a look at their Constitution, and it's a beautifully written, democratic-enough document for my liking.

I am in Norrland's Discord, and they have said that they would be willing to construct embassies if we are.
