Coffee House was a moderately sized, fairly active region when an embassy was established between it and the SLU. During the late summer of 2013, however, it was sacked by The Black Riders and nearly destroyed in an event known as The Coffee House War. Many regions, including the SLU and its allies, participated in its liberation. Since then, the region has rapidly declined as a result of raid induced damage. It now numbers at eight nations, and any sort of activity occurs nearly months apart. Still, the embassy may serve as a historical landmark, as Coffee House is a famous example of interregional camaraderie saving a region from an invading force. Voting ends at 22:00 UTC, 22 April, 2014.

It's a real shame, but it no longer meets our requirements, so I'm going to have to vote 'aye.' Maybe they'll one day revive and we can seek relations again.

I do not believe an embassy is worthwhile in a locked region containing only eight nations. Resources would be better spent elsewhere for the foreseeable future.
