Ceni's leaders also agree to attend both conferences. Ceni has also called for a round of peace talks with Kujang.

From the United Democracy of Scientists Committee for International Affairs:
The UDS will happily participate in the discussion of peace talks, and a no-fly zone over the GDR/Dai-Kujangese border in the event that peace fails.

From the United Democracy of Scientists Committee for International Affairs:
This message is directed towards only the top ranking officials of the governments of SLU member nations, Dai-Kujang, and Sintai.
We would like to announce that the Hearts of Kujang will be incorporating the smaller resistance groups supported by the Federal Republic of Libera Espero. This group will still be jointly headed and supplied by the Kujangese leaders of the movement, the UDS, and Libera Espero. With the addition of Libera Espero's support, the hearts of Kujang will be a much more widespread, and dangerous force to the GDR's acting government. Affirmation will be provided shortly by the government of Libera Espero of their cooperation with the UDS and the Hearts of Kujang.

Nadio Sediyo (Our new PM since the election) has agreeded to "Finish Santo's business." and has increased troops in Dai Kujang with the artillery forces leaving Sintai. She has also indicated her desire to attend the conventions. Spoiler Spoiler Classified, need to know between only SLU leaders. We have indeed worked on incorporating the resistance, and we would like all SLU leaders to unite with us and enhance the military strength and popular support of the resistance before the respective governments stomp them out. We are proud to cooperate with UDoS and the Hearts of Kujang to save the peninsula from authoritarianism!

The USSOA would like to formally announce their intention to attend the conference in Rivendel - indeed, moving forward in this situation, a unified stance seems infinitely superior. We would also like to state our approval of the movement to establish a no-fly zone - although we will not send a delegate to the conference. The reason for this is simple - the USSOA, with no form of extant military force whatsoever, has no place in any decision regarding the proper applications of infantry and materiel.
Unrelatedly, the USSOA would like to issue a statement of apology and clarification to the government of Avaerilon. It seems that our condemnation caused some confusion. It should be noted that our criticism was not aimed at the intention to establish a no-fly zone, but rather at the relatively large amount of military action taken. We feel as though the rapid insertion of such a significant military force will only serve to escalate the conflict.
As regards the recent clashes in Krepayat - the government of the USSOA is appalled and dismayed at the Krepayan government's violation of their citizens' right to protest. We find the replacement of the police force with the Mother Legion to be completely unacceptable, and our official stance on the matter is that, had the Mother Legion not escalated, the protests would have run their course peacefully. In light of this, we would like to officially state our support of the position of the Justice Alliance. We feel that it is of the utmost importance that people's voices be heard, but would also urge any activists to have caution. Civil unrest and protests are an important part of a citizen's rights - but violence cannot and must not be tolerated, on either side.

Patriarch Garrett van de Polder has expressed the intent to send representitives to both confrences. He also sent the following personal letter to the higher-ups in the GDR government- My dear Kujangese bretheren- You are IDIOTS. A) Your people are starving B) Your people are sick C) You repeatedly threatened New de Polder and her allies D) You have poisoned Newdepolderian Citizens with a synthetic disease, which, quite frankly, was quite a bit more then we thought you could manage and E) You have insulted the very idea of democracy in calling yourselves a Democratic Republic. But what makes you such great idiots is that you honestly believe that you are worthy of our recognition. May I remind you, that if my government were to gain custody of any of you wonderful people, you would stand trial for crimes against humanity? Or didn't you notice that you had commited genocide? If you so much as bat a lash, our troops are ready to attack. You better increase security, 'cause we've quite liretally got our sights trained on 27 seperate military targets right now, waiting for the word. While I'm writing, I should tell you that there is still time for negotiation. The United Slavic States of Europe is a neutral, non-SLU state which has agreed to host a meeting between representatives of our governments, and we dearly hope you are inclined to attend. Impatiently awaiting your response, Garrett van de Polder Patriarch of the Republic of Free Newdepolderian States

The Allied States will attend both conferences but will not play an active role due to a government crisis back home in Newhalla. But i and several of my ministers have contacted the GDR leadership and discussed a number of topics including Hallan food aid and economic assistance. We strongly condemn any aggressive military or/and covert actions against the GDR. And warn that proceeding whit such actions will have serious consequences to the region as a whole.
Signed States minister Miranda Keane
