Nominations and campaigning for the position of World Assembly Delegate open at 04:15 UTC on April 8, 2016, and close one week later at 04:15 UTC April 14, 2016. Voting will begin immediately after this if there is at least one candidate, and last for one week. Voting began on April 16 at 05:00 UTC.
As per the Fifth Article of the SLU Constitution, the World Assembly Delegate serves as leader of both the Cabinet and the Administration.
